Shipping Destinations

• We ship within Europe, excluding the UK.
• Deliveries to remote areas or islands may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.
• We don't deliver internationally.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
• DPD standard shipping prices within Germany start at €7.50 for packages up to 3 kg and vary for heavier packages. Europe's shipping costs depend on the destination zone and package weight.
• Additional fees may apply for deliveries to islands or remote areas as per DPD's policies.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery times are approximately 1-5 business days within Germany and 3-10 business days for other European destinations, depending on the shipping zone.
• We don't offer Express Shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Packaging

• All orders are carefully packed using sustainable materials to ensure safe and eco-friendly delivery.

Insurance

• Each package is insured for up to €520.
